摘要
按需设岗,按岗聘任是职改工作的焦点,也是人事制度改革的关键.如何科学地设岗?笔者对我校各专业技术岗位提出了采用因素评价法进行核定的思路,以期使设岗更科学、更合理.
Setting up post according to need and engaging according to post is the reforming focus of title of a technical or professional post. It is also key of personal reforming. How do you set up post scientifically and rationally? Here the author puts forward the setting up post method of our college with method of the appraising factors, to look forward to setting up post more scientifically and more rationlly.
