摘要
新型城镇化是集理念更新、发展思路、体制转变于一体的,综合实现政治、经济、文化、社会、生态同步发展,工业化、城镇化、信息化、市场化、现代化协同推进的内涵和外延并重的城镇化。要实现城镇化和产业化的互动融合发展,产业发展必须顺应城镇化的新理念并突破现实困境,重点是构建应以本土企业、政府和产学研机构为主体的调控机制,形成网络引致点;强化信任性机制,增加声誉的资本积累,生成稳定网络局势;扩大产业联动的价值链、产业链对接全球,推进网络格局化。
The concept of new-type urbanization includes idea update, development and institutional transformation in one integrated political, economic, cultural, social, and ecological development, industrialization, urbanization, information technology, marketing, collaborative development of connotation and denotation of modernization and urbanization. To achieved the interactive fusion development of urbanization and industrialization, the industry development should follow the new concept of urbanization and breakthrough reality dilemma, the point is to establish the regulatory system combines local enterprises, government and research institutions, so as to form a network, enhance trust mechanism, increase reputation of capital accumulation, generated stability network expanded industry linkage of value chain and global industrial chain
