摘要
为改善秸秆还田摊铺效果,考虑在机具上加装秸秆匀铺搅龙。通过大田试验,比较9种不同参数的搅龙对秸秆摊铺的宽幅和均匀度的影响,筛选出秸秆匀铺效果最佳的搅龙,其参数为:动力端右旋,外径248mm,长度450mm;非动力端左旋,外径174mm,长度610mm。秸秆匀铺搅龙装载后共增加成本50.72元/hm2,在秸秆还田时可进行相应的补贴。
Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of nine different'screw conveyors on width and uniformity of rice straw distribution. The results showed that optimal parameters for the screw conveyor were as follows: the power end right-lateral, exter nal diameter 248 mm, length 450 mm, non-power end left-lateral, external diameter 174 ram, length 610 ram. Meanwhile, the operation cost of the screw conveyor was calculated, and the increased cost of ¥50.72/hm2 could be subsidized when rice straw is returned to field.
