基于降维观测器的空间扫描镜控制系统设计

摘要 空间扫描镜控制系统对可靠度有较高要求,使用降维观测器观测执行电机电枢电流变量代替传感器直接测量电枢电流,设计PID控制器构成控制系统,能够有效提高空间扫描镜控制系统的可靠度。建立被控对象的状态空间模型,设计系统的降维观测器,对以PID为控制算法为基础的控制系统进行仿真实验,并对不含有观测器和含有观测器的扫描镜控制系统进行了可靠度预估。仿真结果表明,扫描镜控制系统采用降维观测器代替传感器仍能保证系统具有较高的扫描精度和良好的稳定裕度,预估结果表明含有观测器的扫描镜控制系统相比于不含有观测器的扫描镜控制系统可靠度显著提高。 Space scanning mirror control system has high requirement of reliability.The use of reduced-order observer which observed the motor armature current,instead of the direct measurement of the armature current,could effectively improve the reliability of space scanning mirror control system.State space model of the control system was established;reduced-order observer of the control system was designed;simulation experiment of the control system based on PID was done;reliability level of the scanning mirror control system without observer and with observer was predicted.The simulation results show that,the scanning mirror control system using a reduced-order observer instead of the direct measurement of the armature current still has high scanning accuracy and good stability,and prediction results of reliability level show that the reliability level of scanning mirror control system with observer in comparison with the system without improved significantly.
