摘要
目的研制机动灵活、快速展开、功能配套的移动手术车。方法利用液压系统和空气过滤消毒原理,开展对车厢的可卸式结构、车厢的展开方式及车载空气净化系统的研究。结果通过液压系统实现了车厢的可卸式结构和车厢的展开方式;移动手术车内设计了空气净化系统,手术区域可达到Ⅱ级手术室洁净标准。结论移动手术车为应急、野外状态下提供了一个良好的医疗环境,为伤病员赢得了宝贵的抢救时间。
Objective To develop a kind of surgical vehicle with flexible, rapid deployment and complementary functions. Methods Based on the principle of hydraulic pressure and air filtration, we explored on the detachable structure, deployment way of the carriage and the purifying air conditioner system. Results Through the hydraulic pressure system, detachable structure and the deployment way of carriage are achieved. A air filtration system is designed in the vehicle, thus, the surgical area can achieve level lI cleaning standard. Conclusion The surgical vehicle provides a good medical environment in the conditions of the emergency and field, and can save time for the rescue of wounded patients.
