摘要
本文探讨了医院信息化管理系统与医院管理的关系,论述了我院信息化管理系统建设历程、组织机构、系统组成与应用成效,最后提出了加强信息化管理系统在基层医院中应用的措施。
This paper firstly explores the relationship between the HIS（Hospital Information System） and hospital management, then discusses the HIS of Xijing Hospital in the aspects of its construction, structure, composition and achievements, and finally proposes relevant measures to strengthen the application of HIS in primary hospitals.
