摘要
测定了101.3 kPa下乙醇-碳酸二曱酯(DMC)和DMC-氯苯二元体系的汽液平衡数据,以及乙醇-DMC-氯苯体系在溶剂比(体积比)为1∶1时的三元汽液平衡数据。采用Herington面积积分法对所得的汽液平衡数据进行热力学一致性检验,并用Wilson模型对数据进行了关联,得到Wilson方程的二元交互作用参数。结果表明:氯苯的加入可以改变乙醇和DMC的相对挥发度,并且当氯苯的摩尔分数大于0.35时,乙醇-DMC二元物系的共沸点消失。因此,可以采用萃取精馏的方法以氯苯为溶剂分离乙醇和DMC的混合物。
Vapor-liquid equilibria of ethanol-dimethyl carbonate ( DMC ), DMC-chlorobenzene and ethanol-DMC- chlorobenzene in a solvent ratio(volume ratio) of 1:1 were measured at 101.3 kPa, and Herington area integration method was used to check the thermodynamic consistency. Furthermore, the experimental data were correlated by means of Wilson equation, in which the binary interaction parameters were also obtained. It shows that chlorobenzene can enlarge the relative volatility of ethanol and DMC, and the azeotropic point disappears when the mole fraction of chlorobenzene reaches 0.35, which demonstrates the feasibility of separating ethanol-DMC using extractive distillation with chlorobenzene as solvent.
