摘要
通过模拟高炉内部的升温制度,对含碳球团在氧化性气氛中预热至不同温度下的抗压强度进行了检测,结合在900℃、1 000℃和1 100℃温度下预热还原后的含碳球团成分(XRD)和显微结构(SEM),从热力学角度分析了预热还原后的含碳球团抗压强度发生变化的现象和机理。
By simulating the progressive temperature regime of blast furnace interior, the compressive strength of the carbon-containing pellets which were preheated to different temperatures under oxidizing atmosphere was measured. In combination with the composition (XRD analysis)and microstrueture (SEM analysis)of carbon-containing pellets preheated and reduced respectively at 900℃, 1 000 ℃ and 1 100℃, the occurrence and mechanism of change of carbon-containing pellets reduced and preheated were analyzed from the point of view of thermodynamics.
