摘要
以三种磁铁精矿为原料,两种膨润土为粘结剂,进行了单一铁精矿和不同配矿条件下混合铁精矿的造球试验和球团焙烧试验。研究了铁精矿的化学成分、粒度组成和颗粒形貌及其对球团矿质量的影响,探索了不同原料条件下的造球参数及最佳造球条件下氧化球团矿的焙烧参数。其结果可为球团厂合理配矿提供指导。
Using 3 kinds of magnetite concentrates as raw materials and 2 kinds of bentonites as binding agents, the bailing test and pellet roasting experiment of single iron concentrates and mixed iron concentrates under different proportioning conditions were carried out. The chemical composition, particle distribution and granular morphology of iron concentrates and their effects on the pellet quality were studied, and the bailing parameters under different raw material conditions and roasting parameters of oxidized pellets under the optimal balling condition were explored, and the result can be used as guidance for the reasonable proportioning in the pelletizing plant.
