摘要
流速仪施测流量的测量成果可以作为率定或校核其他测流方法的标准。ADCP是目前世界上比较先进的河流流量实时测量设备，为加快石家庄水文现代化建设，近年来河北省石家庄水文水资源勘测局先后引进3台走航式ADCP测流设备。为了率定ADCP与流速仪测流折算系数，在2008年南水北调京石段应急供水期间，利用石津渠测流断面对走航式ADCP测流与流速仪精测法测流进行了比测试验，并对取得的换算系数进行了水文检验。通过对参数修正，提高了该仪器测验精度，达到正式应用的目的。
The measurement results of flow meter can be used as the standard to rating or check the other measuring methods. As ADCP is rela- tively advanced device for real-timely measuring the rivers＇ flow in the world, to speed up the City＇s hydrological modernization, Shijiazhuang Bureau for Hydrology and Water Resources of Hebei Province has introduced three Vessel-mounted ADCP measuring equipments in recent years. To rate the ADCP and velocity conversion coefficient, we have carried out the comparison tests between the Vessel-mounted ADCP and flow me- ter precision measurement in the Shijin Canal of the Emergency Water Supply Project of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section in the South-to-North Wa- ter Transfer Project in 2008. We have performed the hydrological tests based on the conversion coefficient gotten. By the parameter correction, we have improved the test precision of the instruments, and achieved the objective of the formal application.
