摘要
本文运用现代经济理论分析股份合作化农业合作社在制度设计上的缺陷,解释合作社发展陷入困境的必然性。股份合作化为多种社会力量进入、控制农业合作社提供了通行证,使得大量非农业合作社组织戴上合作社的帽子。股份合作化道路产生的深层原因涉及如何认识家庭农产品生产者在农业现代化进程中的地位和作用,以及国家政策在家庭农产品生产者与农业产业链条其他参与方之间倾向选择问题。股份合作化只是特定时期的权宜之计,不能因为强调国情而改变事物的发展规律和合作社这一经济组织形式的本质特征。
The owner of the farmer's specialty cooperative in china includes both grower of agricultural product and actor of downstream market.The ownership is allocated among owners based on capital size and patronage.The main characteristic of the farmer's specialty cooperative is stock cooperation.We compared the farmer's specialty cooperative with investor oriented firm,classic agricultural cooperative and new generation agricultural cooperative in the eye of capital structure,control right,residual claim right and transferability of right.We analysis the problem of the farmer's specialty cooperative by the methods of teamwork firm theory,transaction cost theory,property right theory and ownership of firm theory.We could draw a conclusion that this kind of mechanism design is less efficient.The farmer's specialty cooperative faces two issues;they are the ingredient of owners and allocation of power.The path of Chinese agricultural cooperative should keep in line with international customs.
