摘要
通过对2005年-2011年期间我国煤矿安全事故统计数据进行分析,判断煤炭生产过程中的不稳定因素,找出异常情况的发生规律,制定有效的措施对煤矿安全事故进行全面的防治,以期促进煤炭产业经济的稳定发展和人员的安定团结。
Through analysis on coal mine accidents in China during the 2005-2011,the factors of instability in the coal production process are determined,the anomalies occurrence regularity is identified,the effective measures are developed for pre-comprehensive prevention and treatment of coal mine safety accidents,in order to promote stable economic growth of the coal industry and the stability and unity of the staff.
