摘要
故障预测和健康状态管理(PHM)技术是一种全面的故障检测、隔离、预测及健康状态管理技术。该技术促使维修方式从传统的事后维修和计划维修向视情维修转变。论文首先综述了PHM技术的内涵、工作原理以及系统框架,然后对PHM的关键技术故障预测技术进行了分类和介绍,最后展望了该技术的研究热点和发展趋势。
Prognostics and health management（ PHM ） technology is an all - sided technology of fault detection, isolation and prognostic and health management. This technology promotes transition of the maintenance mode from breakdown maintenance and scheduled mainte- nance to condition - based maintenance. An overview of connotation, working principle and system framework are given first. Then we in- troduce the Prognostics in detail which is the key technologies of PHM. At last we prospect the research focus and the development directions of PHM technology in the future.
