摘要
少数民族学生进内地高校前,有文化成绩较差、生活习惯差异大、当地经济水平不高等特点。承担培养少数民族学生的内地高校要应根据其特点,从培养少数民族学生积极健康的民族意识、做好学生个性化管理、制订适合的人才培养方案、开展心理健康教育、提高处理民族事务的工作能力等方面构建校园安全稳定的工作机制。
Maintaining the stability of colleges and universities is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society. Before entering the mainland universities, minority students have performed at a lower level culture, different life habit with mainland students, lower level of local economy. Mainland universities undertaking the mission of cultivating the minority students should start from cultivating their positive and healthy national consciousness, the personalized management, developing suitable talent training scheme, carrying out psychological health education, improving the ability to work in ethnic affairs etc, so as to build secure and stable campus working mechanism.
