摘要
高职生毕业后将在社会生产和服务方面发挥重要作用,但他们在文化基础、人生目标、行为习惯和心理耐受等方面存在着一些问题,所以对他们的德育教育显得尤为重要。要增强德育工作的实效性,必须找到契合点和着力点。高职院校的就业指导工作围绕学生的求职就业,通过对学生进行职业规划指导、求职技能训练等,将德育和就业有机结合,受到学生的普遍欢迎,是新时期高职院校德育工作新的着力点。
After graduation, the higher vocational students will play an important role in social production and services. But there are some problems in culture base, life goals, behavioral habits, and psychological tolerance for those students. Therefore the moral education will be particularly important. In order to enhance the effectiveness of moral education, we must find a focus and meeting point. The employment guidance needs to be centered on the student＇s employment. According to the career planning guide, job search skills training, so on and so forth, the oral education and employment can be organically combined and be widely welcomed by the students. That is the new focal point for moral education in higher vocational school
