HIV-1 Vpu拮抗人类Tetherin的研究进展

摘要 人免疫缺陷病毒1型(human immunodeficiency virus type1,HIV-1)是艾滋病(AIDS)的主要病原,逆转录病毒和其他有包膜病毒颗粒的释放因人体细胞的阻止而产生抗病毒效应,但此效应能被HIV-1辅助蛋白Vpu所拮抗。Vpu蛋白变异或其功能受到抑制,HIV-1病毒颗粒的产生会明显减少。 In this review, we summarize recent progress in the research of human Tetherin which antagonizes HIV-1 Vpu protein. We focus our discussion on HIV-1 Vpu gene and its product, and the characteristics, structure and function of human Tetherin, the mechanisms of HIV-1 Vpu antagonizing Tetherin. The Vpu protein is a specific accessory protein of HIV-1 virus; it can promote the assembly and release of HIV-1 virus by different mechanisms. Tetherin can inhibit HIV-1 virus release and reduce the infectious potency of the virus.
