摘要
传统的民航旅客价值分析仅仅针对单个旅客的乘机数据,忽略了旅客间存在的关系。为了提供社会网络类型数据支持,更全面地分析民航旅客,提出一种PNR数据的民航旅客社会网络构建方法。分析PNR数据特征,并描述民航旅客社会网络结构。在分析节点属性时,提出民航旅客RFM模型,引入旅客个体价值。根据旅客订座行为特征发现旅客关系,计算旅客间的乘机关联度,创建四元组有效表示节点间的边。应用Oracle数据库,从PNR表中生成该网络的节点集和边集。在真实PNR数据集上的实验表明方法的有效性和可行性。
The traditional analysis on the value of airline customer is only aimed at the flight data of single passenger, ignoring the relationship between the passengers. In order to provide support for the data of relationship network and analyse the passenger more comprehensively, this paper presented an approach to constructing social net- work of airline customers. We analyzed the characteristics of PNR, and then described the structure of the Social Network of airline customers. At the time of analyzing the attributes the node contains, we put forward the RFM mod- el of airline customer, introduced the individual value of passengers. We also integrated the individual value of pas- sengers with the social network by introducing and improving the RFM model of airline customer. We found the rela- tion between passengers based on the behavior characteristics of the reservation and created a quadruple to represent the edge between the node pairs. We generated the nodes and edges of this social network from PNR table based on Oracle. The experiment on the large and real data sets of PNR shows the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
