摘要
企业生产线如果没有分析研究设计好,容易造成资源浪费,直接导致成本升高、利润降低,为解决该问题,在利润最大化条件下根据企业生产条件建立线性规划模型从而求出利润最大化下的最优生产线生产次数,并在此基础上建立以生产线上各设备为节点的生产线网络图,并利用计算机算法思想解决计算出生产线的先后顺序,最终求出各生产线的开始与结束时间。最后,给出线性规划模型的计算机算法模型,为自动化求出问题给予指导。
For not analyzing or doing detailed research on enterprise production flow, it leads to resources squandering, which directly results in cost increase and profit decrease. In order to solve this problem, on the premise of profit maximizing, according to the manufacture situation of the enterprise, the paper establishes a linear programming model to calcu- late the maximum profit and simuhaneously the optimum producing number. On the basis of it, the paper maps a network diagram, analyzes the situation of resource conflict, and builds a model under the mind of computer algorithm to calculate the start time and end time of each working procedure. Ultimately, the paper gives out the computer algorithm of linear programming to offer guidelines to realize automotive problems solving.
