鼾症及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征手术的微创化治疗 被引量:2

摘要 虽然上气道持续正压通气(CPAP)是治疗鼾症及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的首选方式,并且口内器(oral appliance)不具侵袭性,但两者长期配戴的顺从性一直是临床上要面对的难题。针对拒绝使用保守疗法或保守疗法失败的OSAHS患者,以上呼吸道手术来维持睡眠时呼吸道的稳定度和通畅度有其临床的合理性和必要性。术后"伤口疼痛"和"可能的并发症"一直是传统上呼吸道外科手术最常被提及的缺点,也常是OSAHS患者考虑是否接受手术治疗时很重要的因素。
