摘要
根据埃塞俄比亚Addis Ababa至Adama高速公路区域的气候特点,拟采用高模量沥青碎石(HMAM)作为该项目路面结构的基层。为确保项目质量,研究了岩沥青改性沥青的针入度、延度、软化点三大指标,采用动态流变剪切仪研究了改性沥青的抗车辙因子和抗疲劳因子。通过分析不同岩沥青掺量下沥青的性能变化,确定了岩沥青的最佳掺量。研究了岩沥青改性HMAM的动态模量、抗压回弹模量、高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能。结果表明,岩沥青改性高模量沥青碎石具有良好的力学性能和路用性能,用作路面结构基层不仅可以减小路面厚度,而且可以大大提高路面的品质和寿命,最终在该项目中推广应用。
According to the climate characteristics in the area of Addis Ababa to Adama Motorway in Ethiopia, high modulus asphalt macadam (HMAM) is considered as the base course of the pavement struc- ture. In order to ensure the quality of the project, penetration, ductility and softening point. Three indices of modified asphalt by rock asphalt are researched, which are. The factors of anti-rutting and anti-fatigue are studied by equipment Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR). The optimal dosage of rock asphalt is deter- mined based on the performance change of modified asphalt by different rock asphalt dosage. The dynamic modulus, compressive resilient modulus, high temperature stability, water stability and fatigue perform- ance of modified HMAM are researched. The results indicate that modified HMAM is of good mechanical properties and service performance. If modified HMAM were used for base course, not only can reduce the thickness of the pavement structure, also can greatly improve the quality and service life. Finally, modified HMAM is put into use in the project.
