摘要
全国新建矿井中大部分为技改整合矿井,此类矿井在井巷施工时,普遍面临采空区、积水的威胁。中煤第十工程处施工的华胜煤业矿井采用大冒落破碎采空区巷道加固施工技术,在地质条件差、围岩破碎、支护困难的条件下,成功使3条大巷穿过84 m采空区破碎带,在2号、3号煤层采空区施工过程中,采用超前预注化学浆与壁后注浆相结合的注浆方案,实现补强加固、充填密实的作用,保证了施工进度和施工安全,取得了较好的效果。
At present, most of the new mines were integrated and technically innovated in our country, which faced the threaten of goal and hydrops in roadway construction. Roadway construction in Huasheng mine of Ministry of Coal Industry Tenth Engineering Division was introduced in this thesis. Three main roadways crossed 84 m goaf, through No.2 and No.3 coal seam mining subsidience construction under the conditions of inferior geology, broken surrounding rock and difficult supporting. Druing the No.2 and No.3 coal seam goaf construction process, the grouting reinforcement scheme that working face ahead of pre-grouting chemical pulp combining grouting behind segment was conducted and got good result.
