摘要 目的:一是归纳总结中学物理和大学物理的教材、教法的异同点,启发大学物理的教学探索和改革;二是将原始物理问题引入大学物理教学中,在教学实践的基础上,寻求原始物理问题教法与传统习题教学的平衡点,形成新的、更符合医学院校物理学课程的教学方法和教学体系。方法:一是根据自身教学经验和对中学物理教师的走访,对比研究中学阶段与大学阶段物理课程教材、教法的异同点;二是在《医用物理学》教学过程中,取"本组"和"对照组",对比研究教学效果。结果:将适合中学的"原始物理问题教法"引入大学《医用物理学》的教学过程,打造一套以"原始物理问题"为中心、以传统习题教学为辅助的新的、更富有乐趣和效率的教学体系。结论:经过实践教学的检验,"原始物理问题教法"不但适合医学院校《医用物理学》的课程特点,而且很受学生欢迎,教学效果良好。具体地说,在结合传统习题教法的基础上,"原始物理问题教法"可显著提升学生的学习兴趣,同时也能很好的培养学生的思维水平和科学素养,以及提高学生分析、解决问题的能力。 Objective: The purpose of this paper, firstly ,we have summarized the similarities and differences between middle school and university in physics teaching materials and teaching method, and this can inspire us to research and reform physics teaching of the university. Secondly, we have introduced original physical problems in university physics teaching. Based on the teaching practice, we will explore the balance point between the original physical problems teaching and the tra- ditional teaching. This can form a new teaching method and the teaching system which is more accord with physics courses in medical colleges.Methods: Firstly, according to our own teaching experience and the middle school physics teacher inter- views, we have a comparative study of the differences and similarities between high school and college physics course teach- ing materials, teaching methods. The second is comparing teaching effect between the group and control group in the teaching process of medical physics. Results: We can introduce the original physical problems teaching which is suitable for middle school into medical physics teaching process ofuniversity. We can develop a set of new and more interesting and effective new teaching system, which is around "original physics problems" and traditional exercises teaching. Conclusions: Through the teaching practice, teaching of original physical problems is exactly suitable for medical colleges and universities "medical physics" course, but also is welcome by the students and the teaching effect is good. Specifically, on the base of the traditional exercises teaching, the teaching of original physical problems can significantly improve the learning interest of the students, cultivate students' good thinking ability and the level of scientific literacy, and enhance the students' ability to analyze, solve the problem.
