摘要
目前,我国房价居高不下,已经演变为万众瞩目的经济问题和社会问题,也引发了人们对我国房地产业是否存在泡沫的置疑和争论。文章针对房地产经济发展现状以及发展中存在的问题进行分析和探讨,希望为读者提供一些参考性的意见。
The current high housing price is becoming a attention focused economic and social problem,which triggers debate of whether there is bubble in China＇s real estate or not.In this paper, the development status and problems in the real estate are analyzed, to provide readers with the views of some reference.
