摘要
随着轨道交通的发展,轨道沿线尤其是站点附近的住宅房地产的价值得到了很大的提升,沿线房地产开发亦成为城市交通领域研究的热点。文章阐述了轨道交通建设对沿线房地产的影响规律,结合长株潭城际轨道交通建设,重点提出了轨道交通沿线土地开发的对策,从而达到土地开发与经济效益双赢。
As the development of intercity transportation,'the real estate value along the line especially' around the stations will increase dramatically, so the land development along the rail transportation line becomes hotpot for study.The influence of intercity transporta- tion on the real estate value along is expatiated in this article.Combined with the construction of Changzhutang intercity transportation, countermeasures for land development along the line is put forward as keystone for this article to get a win-win result for land develop- ment and economy benefit.
