摘要
截齿是掘进机、采煤机的关键掘进刀具,属于消耗品。其质量的优劣直接影响工程的进度和采煤的效率。普通的锥形截齿在松软的岩体上还可以正常工作,可一旦遇到坚硬的岩体,就会加快截齿体前端的磨损,使其不能对中心主合金起到有效的保护作用。文章介绍了一种新型高强度耐磨截齿,解决了普通锥形截齿的上述不足,在一定程度上,其改变了硬岩截齿全部依赖进口的局面,填补了国内硬岩截齿的产品空白。
Pick is a key tool of boring machine and shearer for breaking the rock during excavating tunnel, belonging to consumables.Its quality will directly affect the progress of engineering and the coal mining efficiency.Ordinary cone pick can work in soft rock. However, once it works in hard rock, it will accelerate the wear and tear on the front of the pick body, so that it can＇t effectively protect the center alloy.When the pick wears to a certain extent and the center of＂ alloy has not yet reached the degree of wear scrapped, it will advance shedding and shorten its life, resulting in it early retirement. The emergence of a new type of high strength and durable pick solve these shortcomings of ordinary tapered pick.To a certain extent,it changed the situation of total dependence on imports of hard rock pick and filled the blank of domestic hard rock pick products.
