摘要
以电熔镁橄榄石(5~3、3~1、≤1、≤0.088 mm)和电熔镁砂细粉(≤0.075 mm)为主要原料,添加锆英石和二氧化硅微粉来制备电熔镁橄榄石制品。研究了锆英石加入量(w)分别为1%、2%、3%、4%时对电熔镁橄榄石制品常温物理性能、抗热震性和物相组成的影响。结果表明:1)随着锆英石含量的增加,1 550℃3 h热处理后试样的常温抗折强度和耐压强度呈现增加的趋势,致密度增加,显气孔率降低,试样烧后的线变化率呈现降低的趋势;2)随着锆英石含量的增加,m-ZrO2的最强衍射峰峰值越来越强,锆英石加入量为4%(w)时,m-ZrO2的衍射峰最明显;3)随着锆英石加入量的增加,试样的抗热震性先提高后降低,适宜的加入量(w)为1%~3%。
The fused forsterite products were prepared by using fused forsterite (5 -3,3 -1, ≤ 1, and ≤0.088 mm),fused magnesia powder( ≤0.075 mm) as starting materials,and adding zircon and micro- silica. Effects of zircon additions( 1% ,2% ,3% and 4% in mass) on cold physical properties,thermal shock resistance and phase composition of fused forsterite products were investigated. The results show that with the increase of zircon addition, ( 1 ) cold modulus of rupture, crushing strength, and density increase, appar- ent porosity and change in dimensions on heating decrease for the specimen fired at 1 550 %, for 3 h; (2)the strongest diffraction peak of rn-ZrQ becomes stronger and stronger;and the diffraction peaks of m-ZrO2 are most obvious when zircon addition is 4% ; (3)thermal shock resistance first enhances and then declines,and the optimum addition is 1% -3%.
