环氧乙烷灭菌生物指示物抗力实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究环氧乙烷灭菌生物指示物的抗力,为科学评价环氧乙烷灭菌生物指示剂产品提供科学依据。方法通过专用抗力检测仪,采用细菌定量和定性检测方法,对不同来源的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢制作的生物指示物抗力参数进行评价。结果国内外不同企业生产的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢生物指示物对环氧乙烷抗力存在差异。6个企业的环氧乙烷生物指示剂的D值分别为2.24、1.64、1.69、1.59、3.19和3.00。不同包装对抗力影响无显著差异,而有机物有明显影响。结论国内外不同企业生产的环氧乙烷生物指示剂抗力不同,需要进行统一标准化和规范化评价。 Objective To study the resistance of ethylene oxide (EO) biological indicator (BI) in order to provide sci entific basis for evaluating. Method The BIs from different manufacturers made of Bacillus atrophacus spores were evalua ting the resistance parameters by using bacterial quantitative and qualitative detection through Biological Indicator Evaluator Resistometer (BIER). Results It was different in the resistance for EO between BIs from different domestic and oversea enterprises. The D value of BIs from 6 manufactures was 2. 24, 1.64, 1.69, 1: 59, 3.19 and 3.00, respectively. There was no significant difference for BIs' resistance by using different packaging except organics. Conclusion The resistance of BIs from different domestic and oversea enterprises was different, which should be evaluated in standardization mode.
