摘要
目的探讨注射不同剂量尼古丁对大鼠实验性牙齿移动速度的影响。方法将100只SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组25只。4组大鼠上颌左侧第一磨牙与上颌两切牙之间安放加力装置,A组每日腹腔注射0.1mL生理盐水,B、C、D组每日腹腔分别注射0.5、0.75、1mg/kg尼古丁酒石酸溶液,各组分别在加力1、3、5、7、14d处死5只大鼠。通过X线片计算机测量分析牙齿移动的距离并计算牙齿移动速度。结果 A、B、C、D组上颌第一磨牙近中移动平均距离分别为0.22、0.34、0.46、0.52mm。A、B、C、D组牙齿移动平均速度为0.044、0.068、0.092、0.104mm/d。B、C、D组大鼠牙齿移动距离及牙齿移动速度均明显大于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组加力1d时牙齿移动速度较快,但随着加力时间的延长,大鼠牙齿移动速度均明显减慢,但B、C、D组牙齿移动速度较A组快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼古丁影响牙齿移动速度,并且移动速度与其注射剂量具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the influence of different concentrations of nicotine injection on experimental tooth movement in rats. Methods 100 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, group A(25), B(25), C(25), and D(25). Experimental rats were installed afterbrner device between maxillary left first molars and the maxillary two incisor, A, B, C group were given intraperitoneal injection of 0.5, 0.75, 1 mg/kg nicotine tartrate solution daily, group D 0.1 mL was given daily intraperitoneal injection of saline, respectively, 5 rats of each group were killed in Afterburner 1, 3, 5 7, 14 d. X-ray computer measurement was used to analyze the tooth movement distance and calculate the rate of tooth movement.
