摘要
目的:建立阿糖胞苷诱发小鼠血小板减少模型,研究肿节风及其各分离部位对继发性血小板减少性紫癜小鼠的作用,找出肿节风的有效作用部位。方法:ICR小鼠注射阿糖胞苷造成血小板减少的模型,同时灌胃给药肿节风及其各分离部位,观察肿节风及其各分离部位的小鼠的外周血象变化。结果:肿节风组及其总黄酮组有明显提升血小板的作用。结论:肿节风有抗继发性血小板减少性紫癜的作用,其分离部位总黄酮部位为其抗继发性血小板减少性紫癜的有效部位。
Objective： To establish the model of thrombocytopenia in mice induced by cytarabine, to study and screen the pharmacodynamic active extracts of Sarcandra glabra. Method ： Use cytarabine to copy the model of thrombocytopenia in ICR mice which received Sarcandra glabra and isolated parts by gavage, to observe the change of peripheral hemogram in mice. Results ： The platelet count of model mice that were given Sarcandra glabra and the total flavonoids significantly increased. Conclusion： Sarcandra glabra can cure Sequenced Thrombocytopenic Purpura, and its total flavonoids part was the active fraction.
