食用油中20种邻苯二甲酸酯的超高效液相色谱-质谱联用法测定 被引量:21

摘要 目的:建立食用油中20种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的超高效液相色谱-质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法,并对杭州超市采集的30份食用油样品中PAEs的含量进行了评估。方法:MS/MS法检测。结果:20种PAEs范围好,相关系数为0.9990~1.0000,最低检测浓度为0.02μg/kg^1.4μg/L,加标回收率为70.0%~117.3%,RSD为2.2%~11.2%(n=6),方法检出限为0.15μg/kg^14.4μg/kg。结论:本法加标回收及精密度均符合食品中PAEs检测的要求。 Objective: To establish a method for detection of 20 phthalate acid esters(PAEs) in edible oil by UPLC-MS/MS and evaluate the levels of PAEs in 30 edible oil samples from supermarkets in Hangzhou city.Methods: The PEAs were separated with ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(1.7μm,2.1×100mm) and detected with MS/MS detector and quantified using D4-DEHP internal standard method.Results: The linear relationship of the 20 PAEs were good with the correlation coefficients of 0.9990 ~1.0000.The lowest detection level was 0.02~1.4μg/L,the spiking recoveries were 70.0%~117.3% with the RSDs of 2.2%~11.2%(n=6),the method detection limits were 0.15μg/kg ~14.4μg/kg.Conclusion: The recovery rate and precision of the method could meet the demand for PAEs detection in edible oil.
