摘要
为探讨电子肠镜下高频电凝电切圈套治疗大肠息肉的临床疗效及安全性，回顾性分析68例电子肠镜下高频电凝电切圈套治疗大肠息肉患者的临床资料。结果显示，所有病例疗效确切，并发症少、恢复快。结果表明，电子肠镜下高频电凝电切圈套大肠息肉是治疗大肠息肉的首选术式，可有效阻断腺瘤一腺癌的进程，是防治大肠癌的重要措施。
In order to discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of high-frequency electrocoagulation resection and ligation of colorectal polyps guided by electronic colonoscopy,a retrospective study was conducted on the data of 68 treated cases of colorectal polyps. The results showed that all cases had certain effects,less complications and rapid recovery. It is concluded that high-frequency electrocoagulation resection and liga- tion guided by electronic colonoscopy is the first choice of treatment for colorectal polyps,which can effec- tively block the progress of adenoma to adenocarcinoma and is an important intervention for the control and treatment of colorectal cancer.
