摘要
目的全面掌握河北省邯郸县生活饮用水水氟含量现状及分布情况,为政府决策以及氟中毒防治措施的制定提供科学依据。方法按照国家《2001年地方病防治项目技术实施方案》和《饮水型地方性氟中毒监测方案(试行)》的要求,采用GB/T 5750.5-2006中氟试剂分光光度法对全县生活饮用水进行水氟含量检测。结果共检测饮用水291份,水氟含量最低为<0.1 mg/L,最高为2.28 mg/L,水氟含量>1.0 mg/L有36份。结论部分乡镇和村饮用水水氟含量处于较高水平,须进一步加大防治力度,如不加以控制,有饮水型氟中毒的趋势。
[Objective]To fully understand the fluoride content and distribution status in drinking water of Handan County of Hebei Province,and provide scientific evidence for government decision making and formulation of prevention and control measures.[Methods]According to the requirements of national " 2001 implementation plan for endemic disease prevention project " and " surveillance program of drinking water type endemic fluorosis(Trial) ",GB / T5750.5-2006 Fluor reagent spectrophotometric method was used to perform county drinking water fluorine content detection.[Results]A total of 291 samples of drinking water were detected,The maximum and minimum of fluoride content was 0.1 mg / L and 2.28 mg / L.And 36 samples’fluoride content was 1.0 mg / L.[Conclusion]The water fluoride level is still at a high level in some towns and villages.It is necessary to increase prevention efforts,if not controlled,drinking water fluorosis incidence will increase.
