廊坊市香河县职业性苯接触者健康检查结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of occupational health examination results of benzene exposed workers in Xianghe County of Langfang City

摘要 目的了解家具制造企业职业性苯接触者的健康状况,评估企业苯职业危害现状。方法对234家家具制造企业1 521名职业性苯接触者进行职业健康检查,抽取其中39家企业进行作业场所中苯浓度检测。结果 90个采样点中,苯含量超标26个点(28.9%),甲苯超标2个点(2.2%)。1 521位劳动者中,白细胞低于正常84人(5.5%),不同性别、不同工龄劳动者白细胞低下率差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05),红细胞低于正常33人(2.2%),血小板低于正常5人(0.3%);心电图、尿常规、肝功、腹部B超异常检出率分别为7.7%、2.9%、2.0%、1.9%。结论廊坊市香河县家具制造企业职业接触苯的部分劳动者造血系统受到损害,企业苯职业危害较为严重,企业应采取有效措施改善防护工作,加强对劳动者的保护。 [Objective]To understand the health status of workers exposed to benzene in furniture manufacturing enterprises in Xianghe County of Langfang City,and evaluate benzene occupational hazards in these enterprises.[Methods]Occupational health examination was performed on 1 521 benzene exposed workers of 234 furniture manufacturing enterprises,among which 39 were selected for benzene concentration detection in workplace.[Results]Of 90 sampling points,benzene concentration was over standard at 26 points(28.9%),methylbenzene was over standard at 2 points(2.2%).Of 1 521 workers,84(5.5%) had leukopenia.The leukopenia rate was not significantly different between genders and different service length(P 0.05).Thirty three people’erythrocyte level was lower than the normal,and 5 people’s haematoblast was lower than the normal(0.3%).The abnormity detection rate in ECG,urine,liver function and abdominal ultrasound examination was 7.7%,2.9%,2.0%,1.9%,respectively.[Conclusion]Part of workers occupationally exposed to benzene in furniture manufacturing enterprises from Xianghe County in Langfang City suffers from some extent damage in their hematopoietic system.The enterprises should adopt effective prevention measures against occupational hazard of benzene and strengthen the protection of workers.
