摘要
为延长动力电池循环寿命,提升电动汽车整车热安全特性,本文采用实验与数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了基于相变材料热管理的LiFePO_4动力电池散热性能。结果表明,电池模块的最高温度以及局部温差受相变材料导热系数与相变材料用量影响较大;相变材料导热系数足够大时,相变材料相变温度与环境温度差值越小,电池模块局部温差越小,但最高温度变化不大;环境温度过高时,相变材料能有效阻滞环境热量进入电池模块。
To extend the cycle life of power battery and enhance the safety of electric vehicle, the thermal performance of the phase change material(PCM) based LiFePO_4 battery thermal management system was investigated by using experimental and numerical simulation methods.The results showed that the maximum temperature and local temperature difference of the battery module were affected significantly by the content and thermal conductivity of PCM.The local temperature difference decreased with the decrease of the temperature difference between the PCM and ambient environment while the maximum temperature is steady.The PCM can effectively block the heat into the battery if the ambient temperature is too high.
