摘要
近年来,随着焊接技术特别是CO2气体保护焊接技术在公路钢箱梁制造中的应用越来越广泛,生产效率和焊缝质量提高的同时,也带来诸如焊接变形加剧且难以控制的负面影响。本文通过工程实例阐述了合理运用焊接反变形技术,抵消焊接变形,达到提高产品几何尺寸精度的目的。
In recent years,with the wide usage of welding technology,especially CO2 gas shielded welding technology in the application of highway steel box girder fabrication,we improve productivity and welding quality,in the meanwhile,it also brings the negative effects,for example: welding deformation is exacerbate and difficult to control.In this paper,through a practical engineering case,describes how to reasonable use antideformation technology to offset welding deformation,and achieve the goal of improving geometry precision of products.
