摘要
本文介绍了改善 MFC型精梳机对国毛纤维损伤的初步探讨 .通过生产试验 ,对精梳机的喂入重量、喂入隔距、喂入棘轮齿数等工艺参数进行优选和对圆梳针条排列的调整 ,可减小纤维在梳理过程中的损伤和成品含短率 ,降低原料消耗 。
Studies on the reduction of Chinese wool breakage caused by MFC comber have been made both in manufacturing practice and by experiment.Technological parameters of feed weight,feed setting and teeth number of ratchet wheel are optimized.The needle arrangement of circular comb is adjusted.As a result,the fibre breakage in carding,the short one ratio in finished product and the raw material consumption are reduced.Economic benefits are increased.
