摘要
教师的奉献精神对于做好教育工作极其重要。文章具体分析了教师劳动的六大特点和教师的三种心理矛盾 ,在此基础上 。
A devotional spirit is of great importance to being a teacher.This article makes a concrete analysis of the 6 characteristics of a teacher's work and 3 internal conflicts within a teacher's mind.Based on such analysis,it reveals the colorful connotation and special requirements of such devotional spirit.
