摘要
随着独立学院的不断发展，其在教学中存在的问题也日益突出。本文分析了这种现象产生的原因，包括缺乏有针对性的教学计划、师资匮乏、教学质量评估体系不健全等，并针对这些问题提出了相应的改进措施。
With the continuous development of independent colleges, the teaching problems are increasingly prominent. This article analyzed the reasons of these problems, which include the lack of targeted teaching plans, the shortage of teaching staff, the imperfection of teaching quality evaluation system, and put forward corresponding improvement measures according to these problems.
