摘要
从上个世纪在世界各国蓬勃兴起的以广播电视、多媒体网络为载体的现代远程教育,经过几十年的发展、沉淀,积累了内涵丰富的内容。在我国积极开展继续教育,大力推进开放大学建设的今天,认真学习梳理,扬弃地继承、吸收、借鉴这些精神财富,并结合我国开放大学建设的实际,对构建本土化的开放大学理念与模式意义重大。
The modem distance education which developed prosperously in the countries all over the world from the last century and took broadcast TV, multimedia network as the cartier accumulated rich content after decades of development and depositing.Now, actively carrying out continuing education in our country, greatly promoting the building of open universities, carefully learning and combing and suitably inheriting, abosorbing and using these spiritual wealth and combining the practices of the building of our country＇s open universities have a great significance for establishing the concept and mode of local open universities.
