二参汤不同组成配比对雌性去势大鼠的影响

摘要 目的:观察二参汤(玄参、太子参)的最佳组方剂量。方法:选取60只SD清洁级雌性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、二参汤(1∶3)大剂量组、二参汤(1∶3)小剂量组、二参汤(2∶3)大剂量组、二参汤(2∶3)小剂量组。通过手术去卵巢的方法造模,空白对照组与模型组给予生理盐水,二参汤(1∶3)大剂量组、二参汤(1∶3)小剂量组、二参汤(2∶3)大剂量组、二参汤(2∶3)小剂量组根据体质量给药,分别给予不同剂量二参汤,持续给药4周。通过观察体征和高效液相法测脑内单胺类递质去甲肾上腺素,五羟色胺,多巴胺含量变化等指标找出最优组合。结果:给予二参汤4周后,摄食量、饮水量和体温二参汤(1∶3)剂量组优于二参汤(2∶3)剂量组,子宫系数和肾上腺系数给药剂量组均未见明显改善。结论:二参汤能改善模型大鼠肾阴虚症状,且二参汤(1∶3)剂量组效果更好。 Objective: To observe the best dose of prescription of Ershen Decoction(radix scrophulariae,radix pseudostellariae).Methods: 60 SD clean female rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,high dose group of Ershen Decoction(1∶ 3),small dose group of Ershen Decoction(1∶ 3),high dose group of Ershen Decoction(2∶ 3) and small dose group of Ershen Decoction(2∶ 3).Methods: Model rats were ovariectomized,the blank control group and model group were given normal saline,while high dose group of Ershen Decoction(1∶ 3),small dose group of Ershen Decoction(1∶ 3),high dose group of Ershen Decoction(2∶ 3) and small dose group of Ershen Decoction(2∶ 3) were continuously given different dose of Ershen Decoction for 4 weeks according to their body weights.Norepinephrine monoamine neurotransmitters in brain,serotonin,dopamine content were measured by observing the signs and HPLC method to find the optimal composition.Results: After 4 weeks of administration of Ershen Decoction,the food intake,water intake and body temperature in small dose group of Ershen Decoction(1∶ 3) were better than those of high dose group of Ershen Decoction(2∶ 3),there was no obvious improvement in the uterine coefficient and adrenal coefficient indexes in dosage groups.Conclusion: Ershen Decoction can improve the symptoms of model rats with kidney yin deficiency,and it has better effect in dose groups of Ershen Decoction(1∶ 3).
