摘要
目的探讨不合理使用抗菌药物致不良反应发生的原因和解决措施。方法选取2011年1月-2012年12月东莞市道滘医院儿科门诊的2158张处方,分析不合理使用抗菌药物的情况和不良反应发生情况。结果 2158张处方中抗菌药物处方336张(15.57%),不合理使用抗菌药物处方33张(9.82%)。抗菌药物的用药种类主要为大环内酯类、头孢菌素、青霉素类,不良反应发生率为8.04%(27/336)。不合理使用抗菌药物致不良反应发生的原因主要包括用药时间不合适、抗菌药物使用无指征或超范围、不合理的联合或重复用药等。结论在抗菌药物的使用上,我院还存在问题和不足,需要进一步加强监管和改进,使医务人员用药行为更加规范,提高抗菌药物使用的效果和安全性,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To analysis the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs causes adverse reaction and the solving measures. Methods 2158 prescriptions in our hospital in 2011 January -2012 year in December in outpatient department of Pediatrics, analysis of irrational use of antimicrobial drugs and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The antimicrobial drug 2158 prescription prescription for 336 （15.57%）,irrational use of antimicrobial drugs prescribed for 33 （9.82%）,antibacterial drug drugs mainly macrolide,cephalosporins,penicillins. The incidence rate ofadverse reaction to 8.04 （27/336）.The use of irrational use of antimicrobial drugs causes adverse reactions include medication is not the right time, antimicrobial no finger joint or repeated use and so on three aspect reasons syndrome or super scope, unreasonable. Conclusion The use of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital, there are problems and shortcomings, the need to further strengthen supervision and improve the administration behavior of the medical workers, more widely, to improve antimicrobial use effect and peace of mind, so that adverse reactions decrease.
