摘要
提出一种基于敏感度的汽轮发电机组轴系扭振机械模型刚度参数的校核方法。该方法按照 I/K最小优先合并原则 ,将轴系模型自由度数缩聚为 5,分析该模型 4个刚度对前 4阶频率的敏感度 ,算出实测的前 4阶频率和模型计算频率之间的差值 ,利用敏感度和频率差值计算出刚度的调整量。以元宝山电厂法国330 MW机组为应用实例 。
A method is found to correct the stiffness parameter of the steam turbine units shafts torsional vibration. According to the method, model dimension is contracted to five by the way of selecting the unit in which amount of I/K is minimal. Then sensitivity of frequency to stiffness is calculated. After the difference between measured frequency and calculated frequency have been got, the adjusted amount of stiffness is calculated by the using of the sensitivity and the frequency difference. The French 330MW units in Yuanbaoshan power plant is used as an example, the availability of this method is verified.
