摘要
加强和完善我国文化产业政策对于推动文化产业的发展,提升文化软实力具有重要的意义。我国文化产业政策当前存在政府角色缺失、扶持力度不足、政策稳定性弱、法律法规不完备、多头管理等问题。为进一步完善我国文化产业政策,需要我国政府从转变产业观念、厘清重点,增强政策可持续性、完善产业法制基础、建立集约型管理机制等方面做出努力。
Enhancing and improving the policies of cultural industries of our country has an important significance for promoting the development of cultural industries and strengthening the soft power of culture.At present,Chinese cultural industries' policies have many problems,such as the deficiencies of government roles,unsubstantial supports,the unstable policies,imperfect laws and regulations and multiple managements.In order to further perfect these policies,our country's government should make a series of efforts from such aspects as changing industrial concepts,clarifying the key points,strengthening the steadiness of policies,perfecting the legal foundation of industries and establishing intensive management mechanism.
