摘要
文化引领正在成为高等学校的又一使命,作为文化核心和灵魂的精神文化在育人工作中具有重要引领功能。本文着眼精神文化建设,以工作实践为基础,例举鲜活实例,探讨新时期学生工作创新发展方式。文章论述了高校二级学院精神文化建设对院系级组织育人工作的重要意义,重点结合辽宁工程技术大学营销管理学院的学生工作实践探索,从二级学院精神文化建设的路径以及导向、激励和凝聚功能展开分析探讨。
Cultural guidance is becoming another mission of colleges. As the core and soul of cultures, the spiritual culture has an important leading function in educating people. Focused on the construction of spiritual culture and based on working practices, the paper lists vivid examples to discuss the development ways of the innovation of student work in the new period. The paper expounds the important significance of spiritual cultural construction of secondary schools for colleges and departments to organize education work. It mainly combines the practical explorations of student work in School of Marketing and Management, Liaoning Technical University to make an analysis and discussion on the approaches of spiritual cultural construction of secondary schools and the functions of guidance, stimulation and cohesion.
