摘要
变压器套管作为变压器的一项重要部件,起着固定、支撑引线以及绝缘的作用。110 kV及以上电压等级的变压器,多数采用电容式套管。由于电容式高压套管故障发生率较高,而且它的故障直接关系到变压器乃至电网的安全运行,因此在电力运行中一直高度重视对套管的故障诊断。结合红外测温诊断变压器油纸电容型套管漏油案例,分析红外测温诊断技术对诊断套管漏油缺陷的有效性,提出油纸电容套管漏油的原因及危害。
As a major component of the transformer,the bushings play an important part in the fixation,supporting the wire and insulation. Condenser bushings are used mostly in the transformers in 110 kV and over 110 kV. Because the malfunction incidence rate is a little high for condenser bushing,and the malfunction has the direct bearing on the transformer,even on the safely and steady operating power network, so the malfunction diagnosis of the condenser bushing cannot be underestimated. In accordance with the ease which the oiled paper condenser bushing of the transformer has been established by the infrared detection technology,this thesis analyzed the advantage of the infrared detection technology for diagnosing the oil leakage defect of the oil-filled equipment, and analyzed the cause and the damage of the oil leakage of the oiled paper condenser bushings.
