腹内疝多排螺旋CT影像表现分析

摘要 腹内疝是指腹腔内脏器（主要是小肠）经腹膜或系膜的裂隙或缺损突入腹腔的另一间隙，属于临床少见病，但易引起肠管缺血、坏死，甚至导致患者死亡。近年来，腹内疝的报道呈增多趋势，尤其是接受肝移植和胃旁路手术后的腹内疝报道较多。目前，腹内疝的术前诊断依旧是临床难点。本文回顾性分析18例腹内疝患者的多排螺旋CT影像资料，探讨其MDCT影像特征，以期为临床术前诊断提供帮助。
