摘要
本文结合山东旅游职业学院航空服务专业的办学实践和成功经验，通过对教学体系建设的剖析，对航空服务专业如何改进教学以提升办学水平、如何培养出有竞争力的适应航空企业需求的人才，进行了较为全面的探索。
Based on the educational practice of Aviation Service Major of Shandong College of Tourism ＆ Hospitality （SCTH）, the author analyses how to construct its teaching system, how to reform its teaching and enhance the level of aviation service education, thereafter to educate successfully the competitive and professional talents to meet the needs of aviation enterprise.
