摘要
高校传统的勤工助学模式主要以劳务服务型岗位为主,工作层次较低,难以发挥学生专业特长,学生主动性、积极性不高,培养锻炼效果不明显。而创业型勤工助学模式采取企业化的管理模式,不但加强了校方和企业的交流沟通,还调动了学生的积极性和创造性,开创了高校勤工助学的全新服务平台。这对高校经济困难学生树立良好的工作信念,提高综合能力有着重要意义。
Colleges＇ traditional work-study mode takes labor service jobs as the main body. These posts＇ levels are low and hard to give play to students＇ specialties. In addition, students＇ initiative and enthusiasm is not high and the effects of trainings and practices are not ideal. But the entrepreneurial work-study mode adopts enterprises＇ management mode, which not only strengthens the communication between colleges and enterprises, but also mobilizes students＇ initiative and creativity and creates a new service platform for colleges＇ work-study activities. It has a significant meaning for poor college students to establish a good work belief and improve their comprehensive abilities.
