摘要
辅导员工作要以科学发展观为指导,坚持正确的政治方向,以人为本,乐于奉献,开拓进取,锐意创新,创造出富有成效的学生工作新方法。本文分析了高职院校辅导员工作所需要的能力,及阐述了做好高职院校辅导员工作的方法及内容。
Work of counselors should take the scientific outlook on development as the guidance, adhere to the correct political orientation, put people in the first place; be willing to make a dedication, forge ahead, be keen on innovations, and create more effective new methods on student work. The paper analyzes the capabilities that counselors of higher vocational colleges should have and expounds the methods and contents of counselors＇ work of higher vocational colleges.
