对构成教育硕士人才培养模式的多层涵义分析——基于多种理论的比较

摘要 教育硕士培养工作近年来在我国得到了较快的发展,但同时也暴露出了诸如实践性不强、理论化色彩重等弊端,造成这种现象的原因归根结底是因为缺乏一种有效的人才培养模式。通过对培养目标、教学内容及课程、教学方法三层涵义的分析以及对各层次所包含的多种理论的比较研究,探究其中的优势与不足,并作出评价与建议,希望能够为我国教育硕士人才培养模式的改革提供参考。 The cultivation of Master of Education has got rapid development in recent years, but it also appeared many disadvantages, such as weak practicalness and serious theoretical features. Ultimately, the reasons of the phenomenon are the lack of an effective talent training mode. Through the analysis of the three connotations of training objectives, teaching contents and curriculums and teaching methods and comparative study of multiple theories that the three kinds of connotations contain, the paper explores the advantages and disadvantages and makes some evaluations and suggestions, hoping to provide references for the reform of the talent training mode of Master of Education in our country.
